As the summer sun slowly set on June 26, 2024, our school’s football field became a vibrant arena of energy and cross-cultural exchange. At 6 p.m., an extraordinary football match kicked off — not only a display of athletic prowess but also a celebration of intercultural dialogue.
The match brought together international students from Thailand, South Africa, and Zimbabwe, who competed alongside Chinese students from our school’s football team. Players from diverse backgrounds joined forces, transforming an ordinary campus game into a meaningful international exchange.
At the final whistle, regardless of the score, all participants celebrated the success of this cultural event with applause and warm embraces. Their sweat symbolized more than physical effort; it was a testament to cross-cultural understanding and friendship. Every pass and every goal built a bridge for cultural connection, deepening mutual respect and appreciation among students of different backgrounds.
