At the meeting, Director General UMUKUNZI PAUL introduced Rwanda’s vocational education structure system, praised the achievements of Henghua Vocational and Technical College, expressed Rwanda’s demand for vocational education and enterprises for talents, and also expressed his appreciation for the "China-Africa Vocational and Technical College". Expressed support for the construction of the "Electric Power Silk Road Institute"; Yang Kun, Vice Chairman of the China Electricity Council, introduced the basic situation of the China Electricity Council and the development status of China's electric power enterprises. He hoped that through this exchange, the friendship between the two countries would be deepened and the leaders of the two countries would be implemented. Rwanda Henghua Technical College is a public-private vocational and technical college wholly-owned by Chinese-funded enterprises in Rwanda and approved by the Rwanda Vocational Education Commission. The launch of the "China-Africa Electric Power Silk Road College" is an important step in the internationalization process of Zhengzhou Electric Power College. At present, application materials and talent training plans have been submitted to the Henan Provincial Department of Education and the Rwandan Ministry of Education. The next step will be to advance the construction work in an orderly manner.
