On January 3, 2024, the 10-day professional training program for faculty and students of the Sino-Nepal Electric Silk Road Institute concluded successfully, with the school hosting a formal graduation ceremony to mark the occasion.

On December 25, 2023, seven students and three teachers from the 2021 cohort of the Power System Automation Technology program at the Sino-Nepal Electric Silk Road Institute, a partner institution in Nepal, arrived at the school for a 10-day practical skills training. The School of Electric Power Engineering meticulously organized and implemented the program, offering four core training courses: Typical Customer Power Distribution Practice, Photovoltaic Power Station Operation and Maintenance, Intelligent Substation Operation and Maintenance, and Power Transmission and Distribution Line Operation and Maintenance.

Through hands-on practice, the students were able to apply their theoretical knowledge in real-world scenarios, immersing themselves in work environments and enhancing their professional skills. The training laid a solid foundation for improving their vocational competencies and readiness for future roles.
